California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure
This disclosure is being made in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act. Altec, Inc., as well as its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Altec”), remain committed to holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards. Since 1929, we have been guided by our Core Values which are supported by our Code of Conduct and associated policies.
Altec does not condone slavery or human trafficking and does not knowingly conduct business with companies who engage in such practices. Currently, we do not: verify (either ourselves or via a third party) or require suppliers to verify product supply chain risk related to human trafficking and slavery; audit suppliers to evaluate human trafficking and slavery risks; or require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into products comply with laws regarding human trafficking and slavery. Altec is not currently engaged in maintaining internal standards for employees and contractors regarding human trafficking and slavery or engaged in training employees or contractors on these matters. Our suppliers, however, are vetted and are required to warrant that goods or services furnished were produced or performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
